I’m always on the lookout for good tutorials and I came across this great collection of Adobe Illustrator tutorials from ndesign-studio.
Practicing these tutorials will really help you sharpen your skills and once you are good at creating illustrations, you can even try uploading your illustrations to websites like iStockphoto where you will make money every time some one download one of your illustrations!
