Maybe in the future they will produce some more affordable computers which would help them compete with Dell and others who own the low end computers market right now. Apple might like the branding it gets from the high prices though because high prices tend to be synonymous with quality products. I really like the way it looks, but just like anything mac it is just out of my price range. With it starting at $1800.00 I could buy 2 windows based notebooks for that price.
