Nice catch on those terms of service. I think internet users sign up for some many damn different things now a days, we never even bother to read the terms of service anymore which is pretty scary!

The Terms of use ( https://www.photoshop.com/express/terms.html ) are, well, a little abusive to me:

8. Use of Your Content.
Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

So thanks, but no thanks.

Daz- Its a good option for people who cant afford Photoshop and its also good if you just need to do basic photo editing.

I think Adobe also noticed the rise of online software and wanted to get into the game as early as possible with their own web application.

Yeah, I just saw this as well, but I've been so busy to play around with it. Anybody get a chance to test it out, I'd love to hear your feedback!
