I’ve been noticing a new trend in graphic design that has been picking up a lot of steam recently. It’s been around for a little while, but now I’m seeing new designs that fall into this category every day. I don’t think I’ve seen such a popular theme for a while! The designs usually have several things in common; A central photo (usually of a person ) surrounded by tons of sparkles, glow effects and other colorful effect such as swirls and lines.

Hey guys! I just wanted to let you know I’ve started a new clothing line called Color Overload! I recently stumbled across this free icons website that has a large collection of high quality icons for download. The quality really amazed me and there are over 15 different categories to choose from. As usual make sure to take note of any usage terms before you get excited and start downloading a bunch of free icons!
While browsing a variety of CSS web design galleries, I started to notice a recurring theme in several website designs. The theme I noticed was out of this world! All the sites had a space theme, where you could see planets, stars and or nebula type effects. Its not like we haven’t see spaced themed websites before, people have been doing them for a while, but whats interesting is when there is a sudden resurgence of an old theme or new theme.
As you may have noticed You the Designer now has a new design! The new design is still a work in progress so please sit tight. We have to do a few minor tweaks, reformat old posts and design a new logo, but we are getting there! You should noticed improved loading speeds as well.
