I've learned most of my basic computer skills and graphic design applications from books, but video tutorials are so much more effective in teaching someone how to accomplish what they want. On their site you can find a LOT of free sample vids from their courses, only the fisrt chapters of course.. but they are there :P The adobe page is a bit easier to nav though :) Lots (if not most) of the videos are from lynda.com.
