Just click on your Web Developer Toolbar on 'Miscellaneous' and select 'Display Line Guides' or 'Display Ruler' and you have the functionality of MeasureIt and GridFox. If you select in your Web Developer Toolbar 'Resize' you can easily resize the window and also add different dimensions if you want.
