In celebration of Mozilla’s Firefox web browser turning 5 years old, the Mozilla Creative Collective are hosting a poster design competition. The contest description states “The winning design will be featured on Mozilla websites and merchandise, and the winning artist will be highlighted on the Creative Collective homepage and the Mozilla Blog.” This is an amazing contest to showcase your talent!
Movie poster designs have always intrigued me. Although the studios often spend millions in dollars for advertising a movie, for some odd reason we have a hard time seeing good poster designs. We figured it would be necessary to highlight the movie posters that actually turned out great. We’ve collected 38 awesome poster designs from random films and movies, regardless of year, genre, popularity or language.

Our styles and colors are inspired by everything around us and in turn, we can see snapshots of our evolving culture in the designs of the recent past. Taking a look at 2 years of magazine covers from major publications, I collected 20 contemporary magazine covers that I appreciated.
