LiveSurface Model Set

LiveSurface is well known for its great blank templates which can be used to showcase your work. They have many different sets available including a billboard set, food set and a booklet set.

They just released a new set called Model Set 1 which features models wearing blank shirts, holding blank magazines and a blank open book. I wish they had some photos of blank men’s t shirts, but I am sure they will release those in the next model set. Enjoy!

The quality really amazed me and there are over 15 different categories to choose from. A Professional Way of Sending Large Files

As designers we handle computer files all day long and some of these files can be extremely large in size, especially when working on high resolution projects such as posters. Once you are done designing the files usually go to either the client or the printer. Often the files are too large for email, and uploading via FTP isn’t really a great solution because you are using up your bandwidth and disk space. Then you still need to send an email with a download link.

Adobe Video Workshop

I was looking through the Adobe Design Center recently and noticed they had some really great free resources there! The one that caught my eye the most was the Adobe Video Workshop. The Adobe Video Workshop has dozens and dozens of free video tutorials for 20 different Adobe products. You can find tutorials by selecting one of the 20 products such as Photoshop CS3 or you can find videos by topic such as page layout and design.
